Magnesium Spray is great for multiple reasons, but the top one for us is sleep and relaxation. Absorbing it via your skin is just a crazy good perk!

Why magnesium spray?

According to the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES), 48% of Americans consume less magnesium than recommended.
It’s easily absorbed through the skin. While the bottoms of your feet are the best place for highest absorption, you can spray anywhere on the body. In fact, it may sting slightly at first use. This is a sign of deficiency, but eventually that will subside as you use it.
It aids in relaxation, going to sleep and anxiety. We use this in place of melatonin if our kids need help falling asleep or we’re traveling.
I can personally tell you in calms restless leg at night with a few sprays on the location that’s bothering you. It’s a game changer!
Magnesium deficiency is associated with disease states like hypertension, diabetes, and neurological disorders.
Magnesium is helpful in regulating muscle and nerve function, stabilizing blood sugar levels and blood pressure levels, aiding in making protein, bone and DNA.
Although we’ve never done this personally, some people use magnesium spray in place of deodorant. If you do this, let us know!

TO USE: While your skin can absorb this super mineral all over, it is best absorbed on the bottom of your feet. When you’re feeling anxious, ready for bed, aches, cramps or just feel like a dose of magnesium, spray as needed.

TO STORE: Store in a cool dark place. Magnesium Spray oil has a very long shelf life.

If you prefer no scent or would like to add your own essential oils after purchasing, choose the unscented version.
